Order Processing Time

All Fluffy Fox products are made to order.

Processing time typically takes 2–5 business days after the order is placed. During high-demand periods, processing may take longer.

Once production is complete, the order is prepared for shipment.


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times within the United States:

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Shipping times may vary depending on location, weather, carrier delays, or peak seasons.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • delivery location
  • package size and weight
  • shipping method selected

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • Fluffy Fox is not responsible for lost packages
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers
  • weather conditions
  • holidays
  • incorrect address entry

If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in locating it.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the package and product

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement if approved.


Multiple Shipments

Orders with multiple items may ship separately depending on production timing.

You will receive tracking details for each shipment.
