How do I submit a request?

To submit a return, replacement, or support request:

  • Include your order number, email address, and a brief description of the issue

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products and want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.

Because most of our products are custom-made, we offer the following solutions if something isn’t right:

Replacement
We may replace the item to better meet your expectations. In some cases, shipping fees may apply.

Store Credit
We may issue store credit equal to the product price paid. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Custom Product Policy

All Fluffy Fox products are made to order.
Due to the personalized nature of our items:

  • We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse
  • We do not offer refunds for custom design approval after production
  • Please review your uploaded images and order details carefully before purchase

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund
  • Orders canceled after 24 hours may receive store credit only
  • Once production begins, cancellations may not be possible

Resolution Process

Before issuing a replacement or store credit, we may:

  • Request photos of the product
  • Offer adjustments or solutions
  • Work to resolve the issue quickly and fairly

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

When will I receive my replacement or store credit?

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • Replacement orders are processed promptly
  • Store credit is issued via email
  • You will receive confirmation and next steps
